With all of the services below, I will provide 30-60
minutes of instruction for you and other household users to get you confident using your system. Additional instruction,
information and consultation can be arranged for a charge.
TV & Component Set-Up
- Set up & adjust your
new (or existing) wide screen TV to show the proper aspect ratio (image proportion) for you to enjoy all of your video sources;
cable or satellite standard or HD, DVD standard or BluRay, VCR, Computer and digital images from other devices such as digital
cameras and camcorders. Undo incorrect "zoom" settings and correlate image settings amongst components for the proper viewing
image.*
System "Tweak"
- In conjunction with the above
service, all connections and cables are scrutinized and upgraded as needed to provide the maximum allowable video image and
sound based on your components and subscriber packages (I cannot provide an HD picture if you don't have HD service). Adjust
your TV within the consumer menu to a video reference disc to maximize all color, brightness, contrast, color temperature and other adjustments for
the best possible picture. *
Complete Home Theater Set-Up
- In addition to or separate
from above services, I will wire, set-up,and adjust all of your surround components (receiver, speakers, CD, DVD, cable or
satellite receivers, power centers, etc.) and pre-set all surround modes for all sources as possible within the component
feature set. *
* I do not activate or install cable or satellite service. All services described are based on existing service of
your TV provider, be it cable or satellite. All remotes for all components must be provided in working order. DVD Player
required for video reference adjustment.

Remote Control
Are you juggling 3 or more
remotes? Do you have a "cheat sheet" to help you navigate through the operation of your system? Are you wondering why turning
ON your TV is a multi-step event?
In spite of the good intentions
of the rocket scientists at Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Philiips, Pioneer and myriad other electronics giants, there is
NO WAY they could have predicted what combination of components you have assembled in your home. So all those glitzy little
remotes you've assembled, are not up to the task of controlling all your components. The only solution to effectively operating
your system is with a custom programmed remote control.
Just as the TV you purchased (and the money you paid for it) was a well-thought out decision, so
too, should be the controller. After all, if you can't see the picture or hear the sound or do WHAT you want WHEN you want,
what's the point? Fact is, the controller (remote control) is as important a component as the TV, the satellite/cable receiver,
the DVD or the surround sound system (if you have one).
I will assess your "tech-savvy" quotient (a clever way
of saying I'll figure out how comfortable you are with electronic toys) and make a recommendation for a custom programmed
remote control to solve your operational problems. I work with variety of companies and am a certified programmer for RTI®,
Universal® and Control 4®. Regardless of budget, I can find a solution for you.
